Technical Difficulties

Been reading/grading tech writing students' instructions all day today - with lots of interruptions because of computer frustrations. I'm working with a couple of computers - a Mac laptop for getting online to retrieve/send information and a Dell desktop for reading/commenting on students' work. Both computers are slow, freeze when I don't want them to, and need some kind of professional attention. Time for a PC doc visit!
