Don't want to check my college email because I think it'll be full of students asking, "Where are my grades?" which aren't due until Tuesday. I had such high hopes of grading during finals week, but I gave two finals (had to create one from scratch) instead -- and also traveled to Chicago twice for my own college-student-daughter's final performance.
I hate grades.

twice to Chicago? that's actually harder than grading.
tomorrow's another day. we will get it done.
If it helps, the e-mail system seems to be down this morning.
Also, when it was up, I got several messages saying that entering grades was really slow for some IT reason.
I'd say, do your grading and don't check e-mail until you're done. That way you can tell them that you're finished and they should check their grades on-line.
Email was down last night, too, and I'm taking the advice not to check until I'm done grading: as usual, you're brilliant, Patty.
Logging *lots* of miles in the car, it's true, and I have the body aches to prove it! You're right, Kris, that we will get done.
